THE SPACE
Master is on the main level with a king size bed, adjoining bath with double vanity, separate shower and tub. Two guest bedrooms are upstairs with a queen and a full size bed, which share a hall bathroom. Half bath downstairs off living space. Sleeper sofa located in the family room. There is an additional TV/Sunroom off the Kitchen.
Whether a romantic getaway or a family gathering, Village Walk is an excellent choice located at 104 Mews Circle. Occupancy maximums will be enforced and events may not be hosted at this location.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

This house is homey and inviting, the location is unparalleled, and the value is excellent. We stayed with 6 teenagers and a pet and had plenty of room, close access to shops, the beach, a gallery, the lighthouse, and the pier. I walked the short route every morning to the coffee shop and met friendly locals along the way. And when we did not feel like going out, the kitchen was perfect for a home-cooked meal, or the porch was serene with an inviting porch swing and rocking chairs to relax outdoors. You cannot go wrong with this place!

Place was a perfect gathering spot for four adults for our annual cousin weekend in SSI! The place was clean, homey, comfortable…with everything we needed and good beds too. It was lovely to be able to walk to shop, stroll and eat. We hope to come back to Village Walk!

Perfect 3 bedroom rental for our family of 4 (two girls 10 & 4). This house is quiet and a short block from Mallery Street where all the restaurants and shops are located. Many amazing spots to eat! (Iguanas was our kids favorite spot for “happy hour” as they had a free ice cream bar.) You can also walk to the pier, pool, mini golf and the library. A short drive/bike ride to East Beach or Goulds Inlet. It was the perfect location and house for our family. Comfortable, easy and big enough when our girls get older. The porch was my favorite part. And if it was too hot, I sat in the back room and read. So many places to spread out. The kitchen had everything and the beds were comfortable. The living room was perfect for a family movie and there were various places to play games or set out a puzzle. Thank you!!

Kitchen is well equipped, as is the grill, and there are great little nooks throughout the house with interesting books, comfy chairs and pretty windows. Nestled in the shadow of St. Simon's Mallory Street and the City Pier, is an awesome 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath house called Village Walk. My wife and I were lucky enough to spend a week with friends in this beautifully furnished house just a few yards of eateries, pubs, and shopping. We golfed at both Sea Palms and King and Prince – both courses 10-15 minutes from the house. In addition to the golfing we were able to eat at several fine restaurants, most within walking distance. Across Mallory street, just past the St. Simon's pier, is a beautiful city park that includes a pool, miniature golf and a playground for the kids. We were also able to take advantage of the many pristine beaches that are dotted around the island. Our favorite beach was Massengale beach as it got a lot of traffic from both visitors and locals. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or a location with all types of diverse activities, the Village Walk house is the perfect house in the perfect location.

Fabulous Location! Steps away from The Village shops, restaurants, and the pier, yet this cozy cottage sits back on a quiet street. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need! Plenty of seating for family meals. The sunroom was my quiet nook in the house to enjoy my morning coffee. There was 1 stormy night, which we loved spending those hours on the front porch swing. We were there for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend. This vacation was just what we needed. I planned a fishing trip but had never been to Saint Simons Island and didn't know what to expect. My only comparison was spending time at the beach towns in Delaware and Maryland. I found Village Walk to be a quaint and spacious dwelling located a short walk to the main commercial strip. Even though it was close to all the activity, the street was quiet and well shaded with several overhanging Spanish Oaks giving it a back in time feel. The inside was clean, modern and nicely laid out. There was plenty of room for a group of friends or a family of 4 to spread out. I enjoyed hanging out on the swing bench on the front porch and getting some reading done while the ocean winds provided a cool breeze offsetting summers' humid air. I'm looking forward to a future visit when the world gets back to some assemblance of normalcy.

This house is the absolute best! We spent 90% of our time on the front porch...the swing is delightful and the fans make it “all season”. The kitchen is well equipped and the grill is a nice option for a large crowd. We were a four generation family that spread out and were comfortable in the house. The downstairs is open concept and the upstairs bedrooms share a Jack n Jill bath. Downtown is just a block away with lots of shopping and dining options. The “beach” close to the house is subject to the tide, but makes for a great stroll to look for shells and crabs. East Beach is a ten minute bike ride or you can drive. Get there early for parking. This was our first visit to St Simons, we loved the throwback, small town feel! We will be back!

What an amazing house for our beach vacation !! The location is fabulous and just a three minute walk to the main shopping and dining in the Village. Fantastic TVs all over the house, comfy arrangements, fully stocked kitchen, basement with beach chairs and umbrella and bikes, plenty of every bit you will need for your family! We took our 18 month old child and it truly was an amazing place to stay for our week vacation. Location and close proximity to the Village was such a huge plus. It is wonderfully decorated and the front porch with Grill was so enjoyable especially in the evenings. You will not be disappointed with this place ! Enjoy !!

My husband and I, with our friends, wanted a place to get away to and spend time playing golf. We couldn't have been happier with the Village Walk at 104 Mews Circle. The house was clean and comfortable when we arrived. It is around the corner from great eateries and shopping (walking distance) including the St. Simon's pier. Plus, we found great golf courses on the island! With everything to do down there and the central location for this house, I can't recommend it enough. In fact, we're already planning our next stay! Great house in a great location and a fun time.
