Pier Pointe is a gated community, located ocean front with a gated entrance to the village.

Located on the 2nd floor. So, you will have one flight of steps to access this unit.

Step inside and be greeted with the most amazing ocean views. You will enter into open concept living of the kitchen, dining and living room areas, with access to the covered and private balcony.

Parking for 2-cars, not assigned. Parking may be limited during holiday seasons.

NOTE:

• We are located ocean front, although the beach access is tide contingent. High tide occurs twice daily at varying times throughout the year, making the beach inaccessible. While at high tide you may enjoy the oceanfront lawn, oceanfront swimming pool and a private balcony.

• This complex currently does not have an elevator.

PIer Pointe is a unique property - located directly IN the St. Simons Pier Village just steps from dining, ice cream parlors, the pier, the park, etc, and offering unmatched sunset views of the St. Simons Sound and Jekyll Island beyond. This small collection of boutique ocean front condos offers the best Village access on St. Simons, and an ocean front pool to enjoy.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
