THE SPACE
Maple and Marsh features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, plus a separate office for those who need to check in while getting away. The home is designed with an airy, comfortable feel throughout, creating the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation. Every detail has been considered to meet all your coastal getaway needs—from spacious living areas to quiet corners for downtime.

Kitchen, Living and Dining Room can be accessed by the walkway on the 2nd floor or by going through the breezeway on the ground level. The breezeway has a dining table and gas grill. 2nd floor walk over to living space also has a TV area with sofa and a separate reading nook with 2 side chairs.

Parking for up to 4 cars is permitted.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
